After obtaining the seeds, Riddler abandons Ivy, allowing the Dynamic Duo to find and defeat her. Meanwhile, Batman analyses a plant leave used by Ivy, leading him and Robin to the gardens. Together, they break into the Gotham Botanical Gardens to steal vine seeds, need to climb the Reserves' cliffs. Though they manage to corner him, Riddler is rescued by Ivy and manages to escape. Pursuing in the Batmobile and Batcycle, Batman and Robin manage to destroy the truck. However, Gordon and the GCPD catch up and lock off the streets, hindering the chase. Knowing the duo are tracking Two-Face's vehicle, Riddler hands the ray over to his henchmen whilst they lead Batman on a chase. Batman and Robin fight Freeze and Riddler escapes with the Freeze Ray. Arriving at the lab and dealing with the security, Riddler retrieves the ray whilst Freeze awakens his henchwomen. As they break in, Batman and Robin follow them. In each scenario, the player controls Batman and Robin as they fight through hordes of goons and henchmen to reach and defeat each villain, foil their plans, and send them back to Arkham. Ivy and the others succeed in helping Batman save the day and she kisses a man as celebration, only for him to die of poison. She helps them break into where he is located and then helps them to build a bridge once he blows up the city. Poison Ivy and the others then join forces with Batman and his team to take the Joker down, saying that he may be done with them, but they are not done with him. The Joker escapes from the Phantom Zone, but decides to leave Poison Ivy and the rest of the Rogues locked up in favor of his new villain allies.
She is then taken to Arkham Asylum, where she is seen various times. She accompanies Joker and the Rogues to Jim Gordon's retirement party attack, only to be captured when Joker surrenders them all as part of his plan. She is later seen at their hideout, hanging out with the other villains. His jet then flies up and knocks her down, as she flees with the others. Poison Ivy wraps him up in her vines and tries to give him a poison kiss, only for him to block it with several penguins. When Batman arrives, Joker orders Ivy and the other Rogues to stop him. When The Joker attacks the Energy Facility, Poison Ivy assists him. Her toxin-infused body is immune to all poisons, and the effects of her kiss can range from mesmerizing to worse.
